Please be advised our carrier has released a new firmware upgrade for the Sagemcom 5356 Home Network Gateway (HNG) for NBN customers. This will not impact customers on our Sonic Broadband service.
HNG’s will automatically download the new firmware which may force a reboot to complete the installation. Customers would experience the service rebooting once, then the HNG should re-connect automatically.
If your HNG continues to reboot please raise a support ticket via email to email@example.com or call us on 1300 37 37 33 and select Faults – Internet – NBN.
